Dedra's journey into healthcare began with a pivotal role at a home health and hospice agency. It was here that she discovered her profound passion for advocating on behalf of patients, providing critical support and guidance during some of the most challenging moments of their lives. Her innate dedication to patient care was further heightened when she identified a significant gap in the medical field: a shortage of mid-level advanced wound care treatments, especially for patients with limited access to specialized wound care clinics.

Recognizing this pressing need, Dedra took a bold and decisive step. Harnessing her unwavering commitment to best practices and patient advocacy, she with her two other partners founded OnSite Advanced Care. Her enterprise aimed to not just fill the evident void in wound care but to also reshape the healthcare landscape with a model that placed genuine patient care and advocacy at its core.

As the President and co-founder of OnSite Advanced Care, Dedra has effectively merged her extensive professional expertise with her profound compassionate approach to healthcare. She ensures that the organization always operates with a clear and singular mission: to offer unparalleled wound care treatments to those most in need, ensuring they receive the best possible care wherever they may be.
